Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat 8”x8” baking pan with coconut oil, and line with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine mulberries, raisins, nuts, oats, and cinnamon. Stir in melted coconut oil and maple syrup until well combined.
Step 3
Press mixture evenly into prepared baking pan, and bake for 25 minutes, until lightly golden brown.
Step 4
Allow to cool for 1 hour, then cut into squares or break into pieces. Serve with your favorite milk or milk-alternative.
