Step 1
Combine the coconut flour and coconut flakes in a large bowl or on a plate.
Step 2
Crack eggs in a bowl and add salt and pepper.
Step 3
1 filet at a time, brush the egg mixture over the tilapia.
Step 4
Then press the filet into the coconut mixture and coat each side evenly. Shake off any extra coconut. Repeat with the other filet.
Step 5
Heat a large pan over medium - hot heat and add 1 Tbsp. of oil.
Step 6
Add both filets to the pan and cook on each side for 6 minutes.
Step 7
Remove from the heat and serve and enjoy!
