Step 1

Place the bacon in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. After about 3 minutes, or when the edges are just starting to brown, flip the bacon. Lower the heat slightly and continue cooking, flipping as needed, until the bacon is just beginning to crisp up, about 5 more minutes. Meanwhile, spread the butter on one slice of the bread. Spread the HP sauce on the other slice of bread.

Step 2

Transfer the bacon to a paper towel to drain. Place the bacon on the buttered bread and top with the other slice of bread, HP-side down.
