Winemkars' Grape Cake - Martha Stewart Recipe

Step 1

Pre heat Oven to 350 Deg F. Grease and flour the cake pan. Keep it aside.

Step 2

In a bowl,sift flour,salt and baking powder.Keep aside.

Step 3

In a bowl beat eggs and sugar in a beater till thick and light colored.

Step 4

Add Oil,milk,melted butter and vanilla essence. Mix till blended.

Step 5

Add orange zest and mix.

Step 6

Add the flour mixture to the wet mixture slowly . Mix till all flour is incorporated.

Step 7

Roll grapes in spoon of flour. Add the grapes and sprinkles in the batter and mix gently.

Step 8

Pour the batter in the prepared cake pan and bake in pre heated oven for 30 minutes or till the inserted tooth pick comes out clean.

Step 9

Once the cake is completely cooled down remove from the cake pan. Cut into slices and serve along with a glass of milk or as desired.
