Step 1

Prep all ingredients: wash and dry the greens, peel and separate the orange, crumble the goat cheese, and roughly chop the nuts.

Step 2

For presentation-purposes, I like to plate each salad individually rather than in one big bowl, but that’s up to you. Assemble the salad by placing the greens at the bottom. Next, add orange slices. Finally, sprinkle pomegranate seeds, goat cheese, and chopped nuts on top.

Step 3

Whisk together dressing ingredients and pour over the salad(s). Enjoy!
