Export 4 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Place yeast, sugar, and warm water the bowl of a stand mixer. Let it sit for about 5 to 10 minutes until it foams.
Step 2
Add oil, salt, eggs, and and 4 cups of flour. With a dough hook, knead until the dough is smooth and slightly tacky. Add more flour as needed.
Step 3
Cover the dough with a damp towel and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size - about 45 minutes.
Step 4
Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or two 9-inch round or square baking pans.
Step 5
Punch the dough down (see note above) and divide the dough into 14 to 16 pieces and place into pan. Scrape the dough with a rubber spatula to remove any remaining dough left to be shaped.
Step 6
Let rise for one hour or until doubled in size.
Step 7
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Step 8
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
