Preheat the oven to 375F.

Separate the eggs and beat the whites until stiff peaks form.

Next crush your pork rinds into a fine powder. ( I used a food processor )

Take egg yolks and combine with ground meat. A food processor or blender also works great here.

Add in half the egg whites to the mixture and blend.

After blended together, remove from the blender into a large bowl and fold in the rest of the egg whites. The batter will be lighter and bouncier.

Add in crushed pork rinds and FOLD in until the batter starts to thicken.

Place in a loaf pan and bake at 375’F for 50-60 mins or until it starts to brown.
