Combine all ingredients to form dough. Take a small amount of dough and make ball in palm of hands, then place on cookie sheet. You may also want to make some in the shape of wreaths by making a tube and then pinching together the ends. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 10 minutes, until bottoms are very light brown. Let cool. Combine all ingredients for icing. Dip the top of each cookie into the icing and then place on foil to dry. While wet, shake on sprinkles or jimmies. After the icing dries, you may want to transfer the cookies to another sheet of foil so that the excess icing comes off and the bottoms dry.
