Export 5 ingredients for grocery delivery

Clean and dry zucchini
Step 2
Cut them into a thin slices either on a bread/meat cutting machine, or by hand at the thinnest. I have used bread machine on N1.
Step 3
Place all the zucchinis into a bowl, sprinkle with olive oil, freshly ground thyme, sesame seeds, salt and garlic.
Step 4
Gently mix all together and place it onto the dehydrator plates.
Step 5
Switch the dehydrator onto the highest ( in my case it is 70 C or 158 Fahrenheit)
Step 6
Switch the plates every 2 hours to get the drying process evenly.
Step 7
Once done store it in the airtight container or enjoy it in 2 minutes as we did ( or one person in our family did)
