Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Heat oil in a 9-inch ovenproof non-stick skillet over medium-high.

Add onion, and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 5 minutes. Add zucchini, and cook, stirring often, until zucchini is tender and brown in spots, 8 to 10 minutes.
Step 3
Whisk together the eggs, cream, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Pour over vegetables in skillet, and cook, stirring gently, until eggs begin to set about 1 minute.
Step 5
Sprinkle cheese and half the dill over the frittata
Step 6
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven, and bake until the edges are set but the center is still slightly loose, 5 to 6 minutes.
Step 7
Increase oven temperature to broil until the center is set and the top is lightly browned about 2 minutes.
Step 8
Place a plate over the skillet and invest Frittata onto the plate
Step 9
Garnish with remaining cheese and dill
