胡蘿蔔切絲,備一鍋清水,牛蒡去表皮後,以刀切成細絲,邊切邊泡入水中,以防氧化變黑,再用水沖洗幾次,直到水成透明狀。1)煮滾一鍋水,先放胡蘿蔔絲煮2分取出,再放黑木耳煮3分取出切絲,最後放入牛蒡絲、煮約10分鐘,撈起瀝乾備用。2)將調味醬汁材料充分攪拌均勻備用。3)將牛蒡絲、胡蘿蔔絲、黑木耳絲及調味料、黑白芝麻混合均勻,入冰箱冷藏至隔天入味即可食用。
