準備材料

高麗菜洗淨切絲,火腿也可換成培根或有油花的肉片

將水倒入麵粉中拌均

拌至這個狀態,不可太糊,可自行斟酌水量跟麵粉量(太稀就加麵粉,太糊就加水,記得下手輕一點,不然會變超大盆要煎二天)

泡麵泡開瀝乾備用(不要泡太軟等等還要煎)

熱鍋倒入橄欖油

放個模型,把泡麵放入,壓一壓把泡麵底煎至焦香(不放模型也行,但麵糊倒進去要趕快用鍋鏟把邊邊塑成圓型)

加入麵糊

待麵糊微微熟透在最上層放上火腿(火腿也可換成培根或有油花的肉片)

然後........叫阿嬤來翻面(誤)

蓋上鍋蓋可快速悶熟中心麵糊

熟透後放上起士片,也可蓋鍋蓋悶一下就會融化
