Step 1
For rolls, preheat oven to 190°C. Line a baking tray and set aside.
Step 2
Place flour and yoghurt into mixing bowl, then knead Dough /40 sec. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured silicone baking mat or work surface and form into a ball. For rolls and flatbreads, divide into 8 portions (approx. 70 g each).
Step 3
For rolls: shape portions into balls. Place 3–4 cm apart on prepared tray. Bake for 20 minutes.
Step 4
For flatbreads: flatten balls into rounds, then heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook for 50 seconds one side, then flip and cook for a further 30 seconds.
Step 5
Make these rolls or flatbread to use in recipes, so they fit within the nutritional requirements of your meal plan.
