Step 1
Season the chicken with salt and pepper, and coat the chicken with a thin layer of cornstarch on both sides.
Step 2
Skin side down first, pan-fry the chicken on medium high for 7 minutes on each side or until crispy and golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Step 3
Using the same pan, add in sizzling black pepper sauce. Turn the heat on medium and simmer for 30 seconds, or until fragrant.
Step 4
Add back in the chicken, simmer on high for 1-2 minutes, and serve garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
