In a bowl, whisk eggs, salt, and sugar.

Using a Tamago frying pan, drizzle in a little bit of oil and use a paper towel to spray the oil around. Turn the heat to medium and add in ⅓ of the egg mixture.

Let the egg set and roll the egg to the bottom; once the egg is fully rolled up, push the egg to the top and use a paper towel to whip clean any excess egg bits.

Add in another ⅓ of the egg, roll it up, whip clean, repeat the process until there is no more egg mixture.

Mix japanese mayo, masago, and ponzu. Squeeze the mixture on top of the egg and torch for 30 seconds.

Top with more masago, shredded seaweed, and sesame seeds. ENJOY!

Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, white pepper, five-spice powder, and honey for at least 1 hour or overnight.

Bake the chicken at 400F for 30  minutes.

Simmer the excess sauce in a pan for 3-4 minutes or until bubbling and becoming a thick glaze.

Prepare noodles based on instruction, and remember, always salt the water!

In a bowl, add in 2 tbsp of Soy sauce, 3 tbsp of Black Vinegar, 1.5 tbsp of Homemade Chilli Oil, Crushed Red Chilli Flakes, Sesame Seeds, and the top layer, minced garlic.

Heat 4 tbsp of oil and optional, add in 1 tsp of Sichuan Peppercorn

Pour hot oil over the garlic and make sure to strain the oil so the peppercorn doesn’t go in. let the oil sizzle and mix.

Add in drained noodles and mix them. Serve with fresh cucumber, green onion, fried egg, and cilantro.

In a large bowl, mix eggs, 1 tsp of white pepper, and salt.

Drizzle oil into a pot, add in the tomato. Turn the heat to medium-high and saute together for 2-3 minutes.

Add in the white parts of the green onion, and saute for another 1-2 minutes.

Pour in chicken stock or vegetable stock, let it simmer for another 1-2 minutes.

Next, add in corn starch and water mixture, mix; if you want a thicker consistency, add more corn starch and water mixture.

Turn the heat off, drizzle in the egg from HIGH while swirling

Let the eggs sit for 30 seconds and mix

Depending on the stock of your choice, you can season with more salt and white pepper to taste.

Finish by adding green onion; enjoy!

Prepare the noodles based on instruction: blanch the noodles for 30 seconds and drain.

Add around 1 inch of oil to a pan and turn the heat to medium-high. Add in the noodles, spread them, fill the pan, and press down to mold the noodle.

Pan-fry the noodle for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until crispy and golden brown.

Optional, drizzle 1 tbsp of oil around the edges of the noodle to crisp up the edges.

Prepare the sauce by mixing vegetable stock, vegetarian oyster sauce, sugar, white pepper, and sesame oil. In a separate bowl, combine corn starch and cold water.

Drizzle oil and turn the heat to medium in a separate pan. Add in sliced onion and ginger and saute together for 2-3 minutes.

Next, add the mushroom and minced garlic, and saute for another 2-3 minutes.

Drizzle in the sauce and simmer for another 2-3 minutes. Finally, add in corn starch mixture and simmer for another 1 minute.

To assemble, start with crispy noodles, pour on the sauce, and garnish with green onion. Enjoy!

The udon is coated in a creamy and umami miso white sauce that is super addicting and savory. Add in the sliced mushroom and minced garlic and saute together for another 2-3 minutes.

Pour in cream, miso paste, mix well.

Add in the udon and let it sit, and soak in all the sauce for 2-3 minutes.

Optional, but HIGHLY recommended, add in 2 tbsp of butter right before serving. Garnish with some green onion, seaweeds & you are ready to serve!!

The most SIMPLE dish ever – Scallion Oil Noodles. There is so much flavor in homemade Scallion Oil Noodle Sauce, and it is super easy to make at home. The oil is packed with umami flavor from fresh scallion, soy sauce, and sugar. With only FIVE ingredients, the Scallion Oil is filled with so much flavor that it tastes good with everything. PLUS, scallion oil can last in your fridge for 2 weeks!

Scallion Oil Noodles

2.5 tbsp of Vegetarian Oyster Sauce (optional)

Cut Green Onion into 2-inch pieces and pat dry.

In a pot, add in oil and add in the white parts of the green onion. Turn the heat up to medium-low and let the white parts of the green onion sizzle for 10-15 minutes. Make sure to keep an eye out to prevent the green onion from burning.

Add in the green parts of the green onion, and fry for another 5-10 minutes. Remove any burnt pieces.

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, dark soy sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce, and sugar.

Once all the green onion is removed, turn the heat off and let it cool off for 2-3 minutes.

Next, add in the soy sauce mixture. The oil may splatter, so make sure to heat off before pouring in the soy sauce.

Mix until sugar is fully dissolved. This can store in the fridge foir 2-3 weeks.

Optional, but HIGHLY recommended, fry an egg.

Start with your favorite noodles, drizzle 2-3 tbsp of oil all over the noodles, topped with a fried egg. ENJOY!

Popcorn Tofu

pack of Medium Firm Tofu (cut into bite-sized pieces)

Tapioca Starch

⅔ tbsp of Five Spice Powder

salt

Chili powder

Paprika

Five-spice powder

White pepper

tsp of Garlic Powder

Soak the tofu in 2 tbsp of salt and 2 cups of water. Make sure all the tofu is soaked in the water for at least 20 minutes.

Mix tapioca starch, white pepper, five-spice powder, and salt.

Coat the tofu in tapioca starch mixture. Let the tofu rest in the tapioca starch for 5 minutes while you heat the oil.

In a pan, add oil, and turn the heat up to medium-high. Once the oil is hot, add tofu and let it fry for 7-8 minutes until crispy and golden brown.

Remove and set aside, optional but highly recommended, turn the heat up to high, and double fry for another 1 minute to make it EXTRA crispy!

Season with seasoning mix and enjoy!

In a pan, melt butter. Once butter is fully melted, add in flour to create a roux.

Slowly add in cream or milk, dashi powder, a pinch of black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until there is no flour lump and let it simmer on medium-low heat for 1-2 minutes or until the sauce becomes thick.

Turn the heat off, Add in udon noodles and mix well.

In a separate bowl, mix together mayo and Masago. Add in the udon and mix it all.

Optional, but HIGHLY recommended, poach an egg.

To serve, start with the Creamy Masago Udon, add on the poached egg & garnish with seaweed and green onion. ENJOY!

In the meantime, prepare the sauce by mixing garlic oil, Thai red chili, green onion, vegetarian oyster sauce, sugar, and sesame oil.

After 12 minutes, cut the eggplant open in the middle, and using a fork, open and flatten the eggplant.

Drizzle on the sauce and air fryer at 400F for 7 minutes.

Garnish with more green onion and sesame seeds, and ENJOY!
