Step 1
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add in the diced onions and bell peppers and saute for 3 minutes, stirring regularly.

Add in the garlic, and cook an additional 1 minute.

Season the chicken pieces with paprika and pepper.
Step 4
Add the chicken to the skillet, and cook, stirring regularly for 3 minutes, until just starting to brown.
Step 5
Pour in the soy sauce, and continue cooking for another 4 to 5 minutes, until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
Step 6
Add sriracha, stir to combine, and serve with rice.
