Step 1

Preheat oven to 180C. Line a tray with baking paper.

Step 2

Mix together coconut and condensed milk.

Step 3

Using approximately a tablespoon of mixture, roll into balls and place on tray.

Step 4

Use a finger to create a dent in the top of each ball and fill with as much jam as desired.

Step 5

Bake until golden, usually 10-15 minutes.

Step 6

Allow to cool before serving.
