3 Ingredients Nutella Brownies Recipe

(8 ounces 240 grams) Nutella

eggs

all purpose flour (About 85 grams/3 ouncess.)

Put the Nutella, eggs and flour in a large bowl and mix until all ingredients are combines. The batter should be thick and shiny.

Line a 2 inch deep 8 x 12 in the baking tray with parchment paper. Pour the batter into your tray. Bake at 350F (175C) for 20-25 minutes at a conventional setting in your oven.  Monitor the bake if you are using a fan assisted oven, or an OTG. These will bake faster.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool fully before slicing. Enjoy!

This was incredibly moist and delicious. I changed the recipe as so: I added an extra 40 grams of Nutella and added a total of 75 grams of plain flour and a dash of vanilla essence. 

Then I baked in the oven without fan, and pulled it out at about 19 minutes when it was still wobbly in the middle but cooked around the outside.

 I made this in a loaf tin. I waited 10 minutes after pulling it out, before serving (it had finished cooking by this time and cooled), it was gooey and irresistible.

I really like this recipe and have made it quite a few times. 
However, today, when I was craving some Nutella brownies, I discovered I had no eggs! Remembering how in the past these particular brownies had turned out rather dry and flat (perhaps I overbaked them?), I tinkered with the recipe a bit. I used 7 tbsp Greek yogurt in place of the eggs, and self rising flour instead of normal. I love these brownies this way! So fudgy and much less flat. This is my new go-to brownie recipe!

Thanks for the Brownies recipe it was simple and fast. The brownies came out very tasty. My friend tried a piece and ended up taking the whole lot for her kids..lol.
Planning to make double the amount tmrw.

Baked in an 8 x 8 square pan with parchment paper at 350 F for 15 minutes and it came out perfect ! Made about 16 small brownies. Moist, fudgy, and the Nutella taste coming through without being too sweet. It would be a good base in sundaes ???? thanks for the recipe !

I used an 8x8 square tin yielded 16 small brownies.
I baked in a fan oven at 175 for 12-15mins turned out beautifully. I swirled mine with peanut butter. Delicious!

Though not a huge fan of brownies, but i feel the need to give this recipe 5 stars given how simple it was to make! I had it in oven for 23min but i should have stopped at 20 perhaps as my husband would have preferred a more moist texture. But this is really great!
