1.5 lbs shrimp (24/30 per pound. If frozen, thawed.)1 lb asparagus (ends snapped and rinsed for freshness)3 tbsp melted butter (substitute ghee or olive oil if you're on the whole30 diet)1 tbsp fresh chopped garlic2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley1 tbsp paprika1 tbsp lemon zest1 large lemon, juiced1 large lemon, sliced for topping (see pictures for example)

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit

Step 2

In separate bowl, mix ingredients for lemon/butter garlic mixture

Step 3

Crimp foil into a dish like shape, and add asparagus and shrimp. Top with lemon, butter mixture. Top with sliced lemon. Crimp foil 'lid' on top of foil packet to form a pouch.

Step 4

Bake on cookie sheet for 20-25 minutes or until shrimp is pink, and asparagus is tender
