Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 200°C (390°F).

Step 2

Combine all of the ingredients except for the chocolate chips in a blender. Blend on high until well combined and smooth.

Step 3

Pour the batter into an oven safe dish, top with the chocolate chips and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with a few tiny crumbs.

Step 4

Allow the baked oats to cool for a few minutes before enjoying warm!
