Warm, sweet and filled with chocolate goodness - what more could you want in a breakfast? This low calorie cookie baked oats recipe is the perfect way to satisfy your sweet tooth whilst in a calorie deficit! This recipe is packed with delicious cookie dough flavor and a healthy serving of dietary fibre all for just 300 calories!

300 calorie cookie baked oats

g porridge oats

tbsp 0 calorie brown sugar alternative

60 g full-fat yogurt

ml (2 tbsp) unsweetened almond milk

vanilla extract

½ tsp baking powder

tbsp chocolate chips

salt (optional)

Pre-heat oven to 200°C (390°F).

Combine all of the ingredients except for the chocolate chips in a blender. Blend on high until well combined and smooth.

Pour the batter into an oven safe dish, top with the chocolate chips and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with a few tiny crumbs.

Allow the baked oats to cool for a few minutes before enjoying warm!
