Export 5 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
*Soak the cashews for minimum 4 hours or overnight; or for at least 30 minutes in hot water (better overnight).
Step 2

Step 3
Drain the cashew nuts and add all 4 ingredients into a high-speed blender or food processor.
Step 4
Blend until smooth. You might need to blend from 1 to 5 minutes depending on the power of your blender.
Step 5
Transfer into a bowl (or in a piping bag), cover and store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Step 6
To ice your desserts, pour on top of cakes or dip the top of your cupcakes/ Carrot Cake Muffins in the cashew frosting.
