Step 1
Dice your apple into small cubes then mix in a small bowl with cinnamon, maple syrup and cornstarch until the apples are full coated.
Step 2
Transfer the apples into a small microwave/oven safe dish.
Step 3
Mix the crumble ingredients in a separate bowl then add it on top of the apple layer.
Step 4
Microwave for 2-3 minutes, I put min in for 3 minutes.
Step 5
If using the oven bake at 350f for 25 minutes until the top is golden.
Step 6
Top with vegan vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
