Step 1

Thoroughly muddle the orange peel in a cocktail shaker.

Add lemonade and blue curacao syrup. Fill with ice and shake vigorously until chilled, about 30 seconds.

Step 3

Evenly pour the mixture into two glasses filled with ice. Top each glass with four ounces of sparkling water and stir gently to combine.

Step 4

Garnish with a maraschino cherry and an orange twist and serve!
