Mahunama odstraniti vrhove, narezati ih na željenu duljinu, oprati ih i zajedno sa oguljenim krumpirom narezanim na kockice staviti kuhati u slanoj vodi uz dodatak Vegete. Kuhati dok krumpir i mahune ne omekšaju, cca 20 min.

Kad su mahune i krumpir kuhani, procijediti al ne potpuno, slobodno par žlica vode od kuhanja i ostane.

U tavicu na malo ulja popržiti sitno nasjeckan luk, kad lagano porumeni maknuti s vatre i posipati sa 2 žličice paprike u prahu, promiješati tako da dobijete crvenkastu smjesu.
Step 4
Poprženim lukom preliti mahune i krumpir, promiješati i dodati papra po želji.
