Air-Fried Caramel and Nutella Brownies

Step 1

Lightly grease an Instant Pot official 7-Inch round cake pan. Line the base with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, whisk the cake flour and the granulated sugar until well combined.

Step 3

Using a silicon spatula or a wooden spoon, slowly incorporate the eggs and the Nutella until combined.

Step 4

Spread half of your brownie batter on top of the parchment paper.

Step 5

Pour on top of the brownie mixture 3 tbsp of caramel, using the back of a spoon gently spread it.

Step 6

Place the remaining brownie batter on top.

Step 7

Select Bake set the temperature at 350 F and set the time for 35 mins. Press START.

Step 8

When the Air Fryer has finished preheating, place the cake pan inside of the basket.

Step 9

When the cooking time is completed, open the basket and carefully remove the cake pan from the basket.

Step 10

Set aside and let it cool completely.

Step 11

Dust with cocoa powder if desired.

Step 12
