Add the potatoes to a medium-sized bowl, add the oil. Rub the oil onto the potatoes. Add salt and rub the salt all over the potatoes, turning to evenly coat.

Set the air fryer to 390°F and 40 minutes. At the 35 minute mark, you can test to see if the potatoes are done by piercing the potato with a fork. If the fork slides in easily, it's done, if not, bake for another 5 minutes. Times will vary on air fryer models.
Step 4
Remove the potatoes and serve as desired.
