Step 1
Put the mayo, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl and whisk until combined. Put 3/4 of the sauce in a separate bowl for dipping. Brush most of the remaining sauce on the salmon (save some to brush the salmon halfway through cooking).
Step 2
Season the salmon with kosher salt and place the fillets skin side down in the air fryer basket.
Step 3
Set the air fryer to 400 degrees for 9 to 11 minutes, brush with more bang bang sauce halfway through.Note: This can be baked in a 400 degree oven on a baking sheet for 9 to 11 minutes.
Step 4
Garnish with parsley if desired and serve with the bang bang sauce for dipping.
