Thaw the Beyond burger patties in the fridge

Preheat your Air Fryer with this grill pan between 3 to 5 minutes at 400°F

Brush the patties with cooking spray or vegetable oil

Put the patties in the Air Fryer and set the timer to 10 minutes. Turn your patties 2 times during the cooking time

Thinly slice the onion into whole rings. Keep 1/3 of the onion rings separately

While the burgers are cooking preheat a cast-iron skillet, add 1 tablespoon olive oil or spray with cooking spray and sauté the remaining onion until soft this takes about 5 minutes
Step 7
Slice the burger open and layer the lettuce leaves, sliced raw onion, and sliced tomatoes
Step 8
Then put the burger on top and cover with sauteed onion rings. Serve immediately
