Step 1

If you're making the basic broccoli - place olive oil and broccoli florets into a mixing bowl and stir to combine.  Place the broccoli into the air fryer basket and cook on 180C / 350F for 5-7 minutes, shaking the basket every few minutes, until broccoli is fork tender and lightly brown with crisp edges.  Move to a serving plate and season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

If you're making the garlic parmesan broccoli - place olive oil, garlic and chilli flakes into a mixing bowl and stir to combine.  Add broccoli florets to the bowl and mix well.  Place the broccoli into the air fryer basket and cook on 180C / 350F for 5-7 minutes, shaking the basket every few minutes, until broccoli is fork tender and lightly brown with crisp edges.  Move to a serving plate and season with salt and pepper, then drizzle some lemon juice on top, followed by some finely grated parmesan.
