Ingredients: 2 ears corn (cut into 4); 1 tbsp sunflower oil; 2 tsp Cajun seasoning

Make your own version of the ever popular Wingstop side with my delicious Air Fryer Cajun Corn. The perfect combination of punchy flavour from the homemade Cajun seasoning and delicious char from the air fryer.

Air Fryer Cajun Corn

Cajun seasoning

Preheat your air fryer if needed

Carefully cut 2 ears of corn into four pieces and add to a bowl

Drizzle with 1 tbsp sunflower oil and 2 tsp Cajun seasoning. Mix thoroughly

Add to your air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 mins at 200℃

I always cook my corn in the air fryer but it was so much more delicious with the cajun seasoning.  No wingstop in my area so it's great to be able to recreate the recipes at home.

We all love corn in our house and the addition of Cajun spice just added an extra layer of flavour. So easy to cook in the air fryer too.
