Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.

Spread the chickpeas on a kitchen towel and pat dry. Transfer the chickpeas to a medium bowl, drizzle with the olive oil, and sprinkle with the salt and pinches of your preferred spice, if using. Toss to coat.
