Step 1
Brine chicken with cold water and white vinegar. Let sit for 20 minutes. Then rinse with cold water

Season chicken with kosher salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, Dominican oregano, ground coriander, fresh lime, and olive oil. Mix until well combined
Step 3
Set Air Fryer to 400 degrees for 22 minutes. Let air fryer warm up for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Once air fryer has warm up, add chicken. Make sure that chicken is evenly spaced and not too crowded so that chicken browns and cooks evenly. After 10 minutes, toss chicken. Toss chicken again at 5 minutes. Feel free to add extra time if you'd like chicken to be crispier.
Step 5
Once chicken is done, remove from air fryer and enjoy with freshly squeezed lime for a true Chicharron de Pollo flavor
