Step 1
Add the chicken to a dish or bowl.
Step 2
Add in the paprika, a good pinch of salt and black pepper, harissa paste, reduced fat mayo and garlic to the chicken and mix untill chicken thighs are well coated.
Step 3
Spray all over the chicken with low calorie spray
Step 4
Place on the grill pan in the air fryer and air fryer for 20-22 minutes until chicken is cooked through at 390f - flip over the chicken half way through.
Step 5
Garnish with Fresh Mint
