In a shallow dish, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper. Dredge shrimp in flour, shake off any excess.

Place shrimp in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to allow the coating to adhere.

Meanwhile, add butter and Frank's Red Hot Sauce to a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 30-60 seconds in the microwave until butter has melted.
Step 4
Remove shrimp from the refrigerator. Spray oil in the bottom of the air fryer basket. Add a single layer of shrimp, and lightly spray with cooking oil. Set the temperature to 390 degrees and cook for 3 minutes, then flip, and cook for 3 minutes more. Will likely need to cook in two separate batches until all shrimp is cooked.
Step 5
Toss shrimp with buffalo sauce and serve.
