Step 1
Preheat the air fryer at 390F/190C for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Toss broccoli and mushrooms with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt and pepper.
Step 3
Now place the seasoned veggies into the tray and give them some space. Don't overlap them.
Step 4
Air fry the veggies for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Flip after 5 minutes. (Flip them with the help of kitchen tongs).
Step 6
You can put both veggies together at the same time but make sure they are not overlapped and have space for hot air to circulate.
Step 7
If you have more veggies, cook them in batches.
