Step 1
Cut potatoes in half, then cut into wedges. Each potato should make 6-8 wedges depending on the thickness of the potatoes and the desired size of the wedge.
Step 2
In a large bowl, toss together potatoes with seasonings and olive oil.
Step 3
Spray the basket of the air fryer with cooking spray. Add the potatoes and if desired, spray potatoes with cooking spray for an extra crispy potato wedge.
Step 4
Set temperature to 390 degrees Fahrenheit and the timer for 15 minutes for regular sized wedges, adjust timing by a minute or two if the wedges are thinner or thicker.
Step 5
Want extra crispy wedges? Turn up the heat to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for an additional 2-3 minutes at the end of cooking time.
Step 6
Serve immediately.
