Step 1
Use a sharp knife and chop the prawns until it forms a paste. ( You can use food processor instead. )
Step 2
Mix it with egg white, grated garlic, spring onions, soy sauce, cornstarch and sesame oil. Season it with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Trim off the crusts of the bread and slice each piece into triangles or squares on your preference. ( You can leave the crust for extra texture. ) Preheat the air fryer to 200C/400F.
Step 4
Divide the prawn fillings into 12 portions. Spread the prawn mixture evenly on the bread. Sprinkle sesame seeds over it.
Step 5
Place the prawn toasts in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Step 6
Spray cooking oil over them. Air fry the toasts for 5-7 minutes or until golden and crispy. Enjoy with your favourite dipping sauce.
