Ingredients: 4 Tablespoons chili powder; 4 teaspoons ground cumin; 4 Tablespoons smoked paprika; 2 teaspoons black pepper; 2 Tablespoons ground coriander; 1 teaspoons cayenne pepper; 1 teaspoons chipotle powder; 2 Tablespoons garlic powder; 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper; 2 Tablespoons salt; 2 Tablespoons dried oregano

This is a very flavorful rub and seasoning mix that is very versatile. Its base is chili powder and cumin with three different peppers. The taste is somewhat southwestern.

Tablespoons chili powder

cumin

Tablespoons smoked paprika

black pepper

Tablespoons coriander

cayenne pepper

chipotle powder

garlic powder

red pepper

Tablespoons salt

Tablespoons oregano

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a whisk. Place in a large shaker container and store at room temperature.
