All-Purpose Pork Dry Rub

brown sugar

paprika

black pepper

salt

garlic powder

onion powder

cayenne pepper

Combine all the ingredients for the rub in a small bowl and stir with a whisk to mix. Rub onto the pork on all sides.

We used this on a pork loin we smoked it was delicious!  I will be using this on any pork and probably chicken.  Thanks so much!
