Step 1

Place the almond butter, maple syrup, and activated chia seeds in a medium bowl. Mix together well.

Step 2

Add the almond flour, cocoa powder, almond meal and coconut (left some for the end!).

Step 3

Mix well until you get a smooth dough.

Step 4

Roll into 12 balls.

Step 5

Lightly roll each ball in shredded coconut.

Step 6

Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or keep in the freezer for 4 months.
