Step 1

For making this soup recipe, soak the almonds in hot water for 10 minutes. Drain and remove the skin.

Now, blend the almonds to a coarse paste. Keep aside.

In the meantime, heat the butter in a deep non-stick pan.

Add all purpose flour and sauté on a medium flame for 30 seconds.

Add the almond coarse paste and veg stock. Mix well.

Pour fresh cream, salt and pepper. Mix gently.
