We’ve slightly scaled down the components of this classic cocktail for a lighter version that’s just as refreshing. It’s easy to make and open to variations, like flavored seltzer water or different fruit. Though an orange slice is the classic garnish, try other citrus, or even fresh strawberries or blackberries. Prosecco is Italy's sparkling wine, and this drink pairs it with Aperol, a classic Italian slightly bitter aperitif with a beautiful red color.
