Step 1

In a 1 1/2 cup (12 ounces) jar or larger glass jar, combine the rolled oats, almond milk and applesauce. Stir to fully combine.

Step 2

Add the cinnamon, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Stir in.

Step 3

Seal and place in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours.

Step 4

Top with chopped fresh apple and other favorite toppings if desired.
