Step 1

Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill it up two thirds of the way with ice. Shake the cocktail for around 10 seconds and fine strain it into a chilled martini glass. Garnish the cocktail with an apple fan.

Variation 1: Make your Apple Martini more herbal by replacing the Bols Vodka with Damrak Gin. Variation 2: Add 10 ml of a cinnamon syrup to enhance your Apple Martini. Garnish the cocktail with a cinnamon stick.Variation 3: Serve your cocktail in a long drink glass filled with ice and top up with some apple cider.
