Skinny Shake

almond milk

ice cubes

tsp vanilla extract

cocoa powder

banana

Creamy Chocolate Hazelnut Shake! A lower fruit smoothie-ish treat with hazelnuts, cacao, chia seeds, and dates. Or add ice for a healthy dairy-free frosty!

Chocolate Hazelnut Shake (or Frosty!)

(30 grams) toasted hazelnuts*

(240 grams) non-dairy milk

tbsp cacao powder (or cocoa powder)

tbsp chia seeds

(40 grams) medjool dates**

salt

Combine all the ingredients in a blender (if you don't have a powerful blender, soak the nuts beforehand).

Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. About 30 seconds.

Top with coconut whipped cream, chopped hazelnuts, and dark chocolate. Enjoy!

Premier Protein Cafe Latte protein shake (or any flavor you like)

tbsp Almond milk (unsweetened, plain or vanilla)

tbsp Fat free Reddi Wip

Put ice cubes in glass, and pour coffee in first. Add almond milk and 1/2 protein shake and stir together.

Top with 2 tbsp fat free Reddi Wip. Enjoy immediately!

This smoothie is high in natural fats and sugar - ideal if you need some fuel for intense exercise

How to Make a Banana Milkshake (Without Ice Cream + Variations)

bananas (fresh or frozen (for creamier results))

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.For a thicker, creamier banana milkshake recipe, I recommend using frozen banana for the shake. Freezing them in slices is easiest for your blender.

Give the banana shake a taste and adjust the sweetener if needed. Then transfer to a glass/glasses of your choice and top with any of your favorite toppings such as whipped coconut cream, crushed nuts, shaved chocolate, cacao nibs, etc.

Store: I recommend drinking the banana milkshake as soon as it&#39;s ready for the best flavor. However, it can be stored in the fridge for several hours if needed.Note that if you use frozen fruit, it&#39;s best to enjoy it immediately – to avoid textural changes.

Homemade Shake and Bake Pork Chops are super easy to make and full of flavor! To make the breading, all you need is bread crumbs, pantry-staple spices and oil. Shake the pork chops in the breading mixture and bake until crispy, golden brown perfection. I recommend serving with mashed potatoes and lots of gravy!

Homemade Shake and Bake Pork Chops

bread crumbs ((not panko))

black pepper

garlic powder

onion powder

paprika powder

basil

oregano

Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Alternatively, for extra crispy pork chops, bake on a wire rack over a sheet pan or use a broiler pan.

In a small bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs and all of the spices, then mix in the oil until the breading mixture is combined and crumbly. Transfer to a large Ziploc bag.

Add one pork chop to the bag at a time, close and shake until the pork chop is completely coated in the breading mixture. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and repeat with remaining pork chops.

Bake for 10 minutes, then flip and bake another 10-15 minutes or until pork chops are fully cooked. Using a meat thermometer, the internal temperature should read 145-160°F. An internal temperature of 145°F is medium-rare and 160°F is medium-well.

Watch the video in the post for easy visual instructions.Peel 4 medium bananas and slice them into 1-inch (2-3 cm) pieces. The weight of the peeled bananas should be about 300 grams. Add them to a container or freezer bag and freeze until solid, about 45-60 minutes.

Add the frozen bananas, the dairy-free milk, peanut butter, and vanilla extract to a blender and blend until super smooth and creamy.

Drizzle the insides of your glasses with a bit of melted peanut butter and dairy-free chocolate for presentation (this step is totally optional). Pour the milkshake into the glasses and optionally top with some dairy-free whipped cream. Enjoy!

Love making this recipe. To make it oil, nut and fat free I use PB2 powder instead of Peanut Butter and I use half the oat milk. It achieves the same creamy flavorful result. Love your recipes!

This is the BEST, creamiest protein shake.  You&#39;ll forget why you ever needed ice cream before!  And it&#39;s massive.... my love language. Sounds like a process, but it takes me five minutes. WORTH IT.

The Shake

ice (180-200 g)

cashew milk (180-200 g)

Tbsp

1-1.5 Tbsp dark or jet black cocoa powder (7-10 g)

4-5 squirts of coconut extract (Optional- Almond

almond

corn chex, crushed ((10 g)

rice crispies (5 grams)

flake salt

Add all of the shake ingredients to the jar of your Ninja IQ. (I like to keep all of my bits and pieces in a special shake drawer right near the blender. to simplify the process! I even keep the 1/4 tsp measuring spoon in there to use on the salt, stevia, and xanthan.)

Blend for a full cycle using the Auto IQ Blend button. It will run for 40 seconds, stopping and going. I like to then hit &quot;start&quot; and let it run for and  additional 10-20 seconds. This depends on your ice, protein powder, and maybe the temperature of your house! Sometimes I don&#39;t need this extra blend. The key is to see it really come together and become lighter in color, then grow taller.  If your shake is a little icy, blend longer next time! If it&#39;s too frothy or whipped, blend shorter next time.

Pour it into a big insulated tumbler and top with your favorite toppings. But I&#39;m just gonna tell you, 20 grams of powdered peanut butter stirred in just BARELY so it&#39;s nice and cit a little chunky--- is ALMOST mandatory.  It&#39;s magic.

The macros below are for the shake alone, to make it easier for you to track what you want and what fits for you. But of course I like mine topped like crazy so there&#39;s texture in every bite. It&#39;s the best thing ever and I never want to break up with it. I like to add the toppings in the order listed. And sometimes crumble 10 grams of G2G bar as well! (More is better ha!) I don&#39;t mix in, or layer. But I eat by dunking my long spoon right down the middle almost trying to avoid the toppings. You&#39;ll inevitably get plenty stuck to each bite and then there&#39;s still so much good stuff left at the bottom! It&#39;s an art. Haha.

I was skeptical that a shake "recipe" could wow me, but this is really a great flavor and texture! So good! THANKS!
