In a medium bowl, combine preserves, mustard, ginger, and vinegar; reserve half of glaze for serving and use the rest for basting. Brush a thin layer of glaze over all surfaces of ham. Cook, brushing with glaze every 30 minutes, until a thermometer inserted in the center of ham registers 140°F, about 2 hours. Serve warm or at room temperature.
