Let it rest for about 10 minutes, and in the meantime preheat the oven with heat up and down at 190°C

You should have a soft dough that does not stick to your hands. A dough that is very easy to handle.

The first thing to do is to put the water in a bowl. Add a spoonful of oregano, a pinch of salt and add the precooked corn flour little by little while mixing with the hand in circular movements.

You can add any topping you want. I put some Gorgonzola cheese and some fresh basil leaves đ€€.

Sprinkle a little mozzarella in threads and simply return it to the oven until the cheese melts.

We take it out, spread tomato sauce on it.

Bake it for 15 to 20 minutes. It should be golden brown and when you touch it, you will feel the surface hard. That means it is crispy.

We give it the shape we like the most. Place it on a sheet of baking paper, prick the center with a fork and brush it with extra virgin olive oil.
