Ingredients: 1 ripe mango (peeled and diced); 5 ounces diced avocado (from 1 medium haas); 1 plum tomato (diced); 1 clove garlic (minced); 1 jalapeño (seeded and diced); 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro; 2 tbsp fresh lime juice; 1/4 cup chopped red onion; 1/2 tbsp olive oil; kosher salt and fresh pepper to taste

This fresh and delicious Avocado Mango Salsa is sweet and savory with lots of lime and cilantro. Great as an appetizer with chips or serve this over fish or grilled chicken!

Combine all the ingredients and let it marinate in the refrigerator 30 minutes before serving.

I've made this and taken to 3 friends homes for get-togethers in just the last 2 weeks. HUGE hit everytime and the host always asks for the recipe. At one home a teenager said he hates avocados and he was the one going back for 2nd and 3rd servings! Everyone Loves it!

this was totally amazing on the Chili Lime Salmon.

Beautiful.  Taste is wonderful.  Especially like the fact you taste all the flavor.  I served it with chicken as a taco.  Will definitely make again.
