Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2

Brush flatbread with olive oil and place onto a baking sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until browned and crisped a little. Carefully remove.

Spread goat cheese over flatbread.

Top with smoked salmon, capers, chives, avocado and black pepper.
